Hi,
This is unfortunately not yet supported. We have received a few requests and realize that this is a useful feature, I will add your vote for it.
Meanwhile, you may find value in the export/import schema functions (see Exporting a Schema), where you can export the schema as SQL. It's not the same thing, but you may find it useful.

Hi,
I'm new to DBVisualizer and I'm eager to try out what the best features it has to offer. While playing around with it, I noticed that there isn't a 'Backup and Restore' option when I right-click on the database name. Do you think it would be possible to add this feature to make backup and restoration easier through a GUI method with progress bar and logs information?
